3Food4U is a community charity based in Essex dedicated to supporting people experiencing hardship by providing free food, clothing and essential household items. Founded in 2020, the organisation operates community surplus hubs where anyone in need can access support without needing a referral or formal assessment.

Run entirely by volunteers, 3Food4U works with local schools, community groups, churches and public organisations to reach vulnerable individuals and families. The charity has delivered thousands of meals and redistributed large quantities of surplus food that would otherwise go to waste.

In addition to food support, the organisation offers community initiatives such as job clubs, health checks, memory cafés and educational programmes to help strengthen wellbeing and social connection within local communities.
